- What is VIT?
- VIT is a dedicated recruitment label by vaic.at, an international company headquartered in the Netherlands and Brazil. VIT will assume complete responsibility for recruitment activities from vaic.at, with the transition period concluding in December 2025.
- Does a vaic.at Recruitment Partnership automatically transition to a VIT Partnership?
- No. Contracts between vaic.at and VIT do not always automatically transfer. Kindly respond to the transition notice or contact your account manager for further information and potential transition options.
- What transpires to contracts that are not transferred to VIT?
- At vaic.at Recruitment, recruitment contracts will remain active and will continue to have access to dedicated tools, applications, and services provided by vaic.at Recruitment. However, they will not be able to access new tools from VIT.
- As a talent candidate for vaic.at Recruitment, what changes for me?
- You retain complete control over your data. You can choose to share it between VIT and/or vaic.at, or you can maintain the current status quo.
- Talent at VIT vs. talent at vaic.at, what's the difference?
- VIT and vaic.at have similar services. Future innovation on recruitment may remain exclusive to VIT, as well as personal recruitment/career counseling after December, 2025.
- If talent doesn't make any decision, what happens?
- Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), your personal data will be protected. All our businesses will require a renewal of your consent annually or bi-annually (unless deleted), depending on the preferences you have set in your account. In the event that your account is not deleted, it will remain active, and no changes will be made.
- What is CUEB.ES?
- As a vaic.at Talent and VIT Talent, you have access to our community platform: CUEB.ES. This platform is designed to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among talent globally.
- What is Salary Insights?
- Salary Insights provides real-time, on-device salary data, enabling users to compare compensation packages and make informed pay decisions. Developed by vaic.at Software, Salary Insights remains accessible to vaic.at Talent and VIT Talent.
- What is mEUvy?
- Planning a relocation to another European city? mEUvy empowers you to make informed decisions with comprehensive data and robust comparison tools. Developed by vaic.at Software, the mEUvy app is available for purchase separately. The online version on CEUB.ES is offered at no cost to VIT Talent and vaic.at Talent members.
